Hi all!Have been super busy.let me tell snippet of this week.tues-training.wed-jalan raya thurs-extra training for nonswimmer,fri-training.3/4 of this week has been full with training of swimming.No nope i still have that phobia of deep water.Biggest improvement for me this week is to jump from platform without the board.but of cos with the help from swimmers.Me and faezah barely failed the trial cos of her contact lens drop and me with changing lifevest 2 times,seriously its too big and not comfortable.Seriously all this while that had given me the most help is TS and edmund,they keep encouraging me non-stop and swim beside me everytime,since they know i'm scared of water.i hope i can do it next tues for the trial and prove everyone wrong!you can do it,khairiah!Insyaallah!(:
